Tips for Success
Writing Good Questions
Effective questions:
- "What emails mention the settlement agreement?"
- "Who are the parties to the operating agreement?"
- "What financial transactions occurred in August 2024?"
- "Summarize the key terms of the contract"
Less effective questions:
- "Tell me about this case" (too broad)
- "Is this case good?" (AI can't make legal judgments)
Understanding Citations
Every AI response includes source citations. These show:
- Which documents support the answer
- The specific text from each document
- Confidence level of the information
Always verify AI answers against the original source documents.
Processing Large Collections
For large document sets:
- Processing may take several minutes
- You can navigate away - processing continues in background
- Return to check progress anytime
- Failed files can be retried
